The equipment consists of loading station, ultrasonic cleaning station, alcohol rinsing station, air knife cutting station, unloading station, waste liquid storage tank, solution preheating tank, truss manipulator, cleaning fixture, throwing system, explosion-proof temperature control water bath heating system, PLC+touch screen control system, pipeline system and intelligent electrical control system. The equipment has good cleaning effect and improves the cleanliness of the workpiece. The machine has a reasonable structural design and process arrangement, high degree of automation, and high cleaning accuracy, effectively solving the cleaning problem of such workpieces.

4.2 Process flow: (Note: Process flow settings can be programmed.)

(01) Power the equipment, selectively activate the explosion-proof ultrasonic cleaning station, alcohol rinsing station, and air knife cutting station. Place the material frame containing the workpiece on the feeding conveyor line, and use a robotic arm to automatically operate the material frame containing the workpiece according to the process route selected by the operator.
